Made this pizza the other day though it was much more difficult than the video made out. After 3 days in the fridge my dough was dry on top and wet on the bottom. Maybe my container wasn't airtight enough and maybe it would've helped if I had a sieve to measure out the flour properly. The pizza turned out delicious, though it was a pain in the ass to form!
